Shipping & Returns
- We ship across India. Unfortunately, we don't provide a Cash on Delivery payment option. We only accept prepaid orders.
- The standard process will take 3-4 working days from the day of your order.
- Delivery times depend on the destination, the distance, and our logistics partners.
- Although we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier provider or postal authorities, we will nonetheless assist you in finding a parcel by using our partner courier services.
- We will provide you with the tracking information for your product as soon as it ships.
- If you have any specific time-sensitive delivery requirements, send us an email and make note of them in the order's comments. Although we will do our best to complete the order in the allotted period, we cannot promise it.
- We require an email within 24 hours of the order being placed for any cancellations. We won't be able to cancel the order after it has been dispatched. If an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if our delivery partner has made two unsuccessful efforts to deliver the package, we will be unable to execute any refunds.
- In case of any queries and doubts, we are happy if you write to us at email@example.com.
- If the goods you received do not match the item description listed on the website or if the wrong product was delivered to you.
- If there is real manufacturing or quality flaw or damage with the product you receive.
- Each of our goods is individually produced by skilled artisans one piece at a time. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which are not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- We reserve the sole right to give resolution at our sole discretion due to the nature of our products. Every request for a return or exchange is handled individually. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the recipient refuses the package.
- If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Unboxing Video
- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at email@example.com.
- Unfortunately, emails or photographs sent more than 24 hours after the delivery will not be taken into consideration.
- If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or after the merchandise is picked up from the specified address, within 7 to 10 working days after the order amount.
- Before signing the POD, please refuse the item if you discover that the shipment has been tampered with and return it to the delivery person (Proof of Delivery).
